Sally Ann Frank, Healthcare IoT Advisor, Microsoft

As part of Microsoft’s Global Black Belt team, Sally helps healthcare companies use IoT to improve patient outcomes and efficiency. With more than 20 years in the technology industry, she helps providers, payors, pharma, medical devices and life sciences companies use IoT, machine learning, predictive analytics and artificial intelligence to digitally transform to meet the changing demands of the healthcare industry. She holds an MBA from The George Washington University (Washington, DC), an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a BS in marketing with a minor in computer science, from Virginia Tech.

Tina Galloway, Senior Director of Client Management, Optum

Tina is a Senior Director of Client Management for Optum, a leading health services innovation company and a part of UnitedHealth Group. Tina’s specialty is clinical and financial analytics software and consulting to help national and regional healthcare payers, ACO’s and integrated health systems manage costs, mitigate risks and measure quality. She has over 15 years of experience working on the Payer side of healthcare at Optum, United Healthcare, and Aetna. She is passionate about not just finding incremental opportunities for improvement, but solving the complex problems that threaten our healthcare system. Tina has a B.S. in Technology Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
