Cindy is a senior executive with extensive experience in board governance for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. She worked as National Program Manager for the award-winning REDRESS at the US Postal Service, as an employment attorney at Sidley Austin LLP, and as the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at US Foods. She then entered the non-profit world becoming the CEO of Good360, the Chief Operating Officer of the American Diabetes Association, and the COO of Easterseals. Currently, Cindy serves as a Senior Partner and General Counsel for Bluedoor Group, a full-service growth and innovation agency for healthcare and life sciences companies, specializing in organizational development, ethics, and compliance, and as Head of Partnerships and General Counsel for the Digital Health Institute for Transformation (DHIT), a non-profit education and research institute supporting organizations and communities through the process of digital transformation. Cindy also serves as the Board Chair of Move This World (specializing in social and emotional learning) and Asylum Works.
