Our Health Innovation Sprint increases opportunities for collaboration across industry partners and community. We develop a pipeline of ideas and solutions that can be rapidly prototyped, tested, and validated to facilitate the process of digital transformation and generate a force multiplier of impact.

Problem Discovery
A diverse set of stakeholders from each community come together for facilitated discussions about local challenges and unmet needs related to HIV prevention.

Problem Definition
Multidisciplinary teams form to co-create potential solutions to address these challenges in collaboration with mentors and diverse subject matter experts.

Design Challenge
8-week virtual collaboration to refine ideas, build an implementation roadmap, and create a minimum viable prototype.
