North Carolina Regulatory Affairs Forum (NCRAF) Fall Roundtable 2019

Loading Events

The North Carolina Regulatory Affairs Forum (NCRAF) is an information exchange on regulatory affairs involving research, development or the manufacture of drugs, biologics or medical devices.

NCRAF is a local association of regulatory affairs professionals, centered in Research Triangle Park. The group meets approximately eight to ten times a year. Speakers include regulatory experts and other leaders from industry, technology vendors and academia. NCRAF was founded in 1992, but now it’s also one of the 20-plus Exchange Groups that are supported statewide by NCBiotech.

Membership Guidelines

Annual membership in NCRAF is only $40, a real bargain in professional development. Most NCRAF events are open to the public for a nominal fee, but are free for members; additionally, some NCRAF educational opportunities are only available to NCRAF members. For more information on the benefits of membership, please visit our website.

We hope to see you soon at NCRAF functions, and look forward to welcoming you as a new member.

Meeting Format

Evening events (generally 6/year) are each preceded by a reception featuring appetizers and networking opportunities. These presentations are usually also accessible as live webinars. Currently NCRAF also sponsors 2 dinner events annually: a “Spring Symposium” each May featuring an especially high-profile speaker, and a Roundtable dinner event each November featuring 10-15 concurrent speakers and topics from which to choose.

NCRAF also sponsors other educational and networking opportunities, such as our annual seminar courses on regulations governing medical products in the US, EU, and Canada. The US course is held annually from June through October, and the EU course is held annually from January through March.

Program Schedule 2018-2019 Season

Most evening events run from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. and are held at various locations in the RTP area – usually either the IQVIA Atrium (4820 Emperor Blvd., Durham) or at NCBiotech, unless otherwise noted.  Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
