The City of Raleigh’s Building Up-fit Grant encourages growth and development by assisting property owners and businesses with improvements, renovations, and/or additions to the interior of their commercial property.
Companies locating within an adopted Priority Areas for Economic Development will be eligible for enhanced terms and amounts.
The Building Up-fit Grant is available to property and/or business owners to make qualified improvements to the interior of commercial property.
